Covid-19 Vaccine Registration

With the news that the UK Government is pressing ahead with Covid-19 vaccinations using the Pfizer/BioNTech vaccine, there will be people concerned that they will be ineligible for the vaccine.

SurreyGP is using all of its resources to try to secure some of the vaccine and to make it available privately. There is inevitably and reasonably a waiting list for us to secure the vaccines and so we have decided to open a registration list which you can complete below to register your interest for the vaccine. If and when our supplies arrive we will only be able to offer it to people registered on this list.
