Visa Medicals

If you are applying for a visa for entry into a foreign country then you may need to meet certain medical requirements.  You will probably have been sent some form of visa medical requirements from the embassy.  Every country is different but we can complete all of the necessary forms and assist you in getting your visa.  It does help if you can email/send in a copy of the form to admin@surreygp.com and requirements before your appointment.  Photo ID will be needed to support your application.
