About the Service

Our private COVID-19 vaccination service is available to adults and children aged 12 years and over, subject to availability and eligibility. Each dose costs £150.

Booking & Appointment Process

You can book online or by contacting our reception team. Before your appointment, you’ll complete a brief medical questionnaire to ensure the vaccine is suitable for you.

At your appointment, one of our qualified doctors will review your medical history, discuss possible side effects, and administer the vaccine. Appointments typically last around 15 minutes. The vaccine is given in the upper arm, so please wear short sleeves or loose clothing.

Eligibility, Exclusions & Timing

• Not suitable if you’ve had a COVID-19 vaccination within the last 3 months.
• Not suitable if you’ve had an allergic reaction to any injection or vaccination.
• If you currently have COVID-19 or have tested positive within the last 2 weeks, please wait until you’ve fully recovered.

A minimum gap of 3 months is required between doses. Each follow-up dose is charged at £150.

SurreyGP collects relevant personal and health information (such as your name, date of birth, and medical history) to ensure your vaccination is appropriate and safe. All data is handled in line with our strict confidentiality and data protection standards.

Availability

Appointments are offered subject to availability and eligibility. Early booking is recommended, particularly during peak vaccination periods.
