What to Expect

  • Pre-Consultation: We’ll get the essentials sorted with a short questionnaire first.
  • Initial Consultation: Review your medical history, lifestyle, goals, measurements, and blood tests.
  • Personalised Plan: Includes prescription treatment, dietary guidance, movement recommendations, and referrals as needed.
  • Ongoing Support: Monthly check-ins to monitor progress, adjust treatment, and maintain motivation.

How It Works

This doctor-prescribed, once-weekly therapy is used alongside lifestyle changes to support weight management:

  • Feel fuller for longer: helps reduce appetite
  • Fewer cravings: supports day-to-day control
  • Easier portions: helps with smaller, more regular meals
  • Structured approach: part of a clinician-guided programme

Evidence & Results

  • Research-informed: Once-weekly prescription therapies can support weight management when combined with healthy habits.
  • Behaviour support: Many patients describe feeling satisfied with smaller portions and fewer between-meal snacks.
  • Long-term focus: Best outcomes come from consistent routines in nutrition, movement, sleep, and follow-up care.

Individual results vary. Your clinician will advise on suitability and what to expect for you.
